How Long Does the Lifetime Warranty Last?
The Lifetime Warranty lasts for the practical life of the product. While we stand behind the durability of our boots, it’s important to note that all well-used products will eventually wear out.
Besides, coverage will end if you refund, sell, or transfer the product to another party.
What Does the Lifetime Warranty Cover?
The Hisea Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We want to ensure that your boots live up to the rugged standards you expect from us. However, certain conditions do apply.
Please note that the Lifetime Warranty specifically applies to Hisea boots and waders only. It does not cover other products in our range
CoveredManufacturing Defects
Any issues that arise from faulty production, including:
- Poor stitching, broken seams, or faulty adhesives.
- Defective materials (e.g., a zipper that breaks prematurely or waterproofing that fails without misuse).
- Structural defects that affect the integrity of the boots during normal use.
Workmanship Errors
Problems caused by errors during the boot’s assembly or manufacturing process that lead to premature failure.
Defective Hardwar
If any components, such as buckles, zippers, or laces, fail due to faulty construction or materials.
Not CoveredNormal wear and tear
This includes natural deterioration of the product over time, such as wear holes, snags, scuffs on uppers(rubber/textile) and soles, faded colors, and worn stitching.
Any damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or accidents is not covered under the warranty.
Damage due to exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or other environmental factors beyond the product's intended use is excluded.
Any alterations or repairs made by unauthorized personnel void the warranty.
Warranty Restrictions
To keep the Lifetime Warranty fair and efficient, we have a few restrictions in place:
Authorized Channels Only
Lifetime warranty applies exclusively to Hisea boots and waders purchased through our authorized sales channels.
Please note: Orders placed on Temu are not eligible for warranty.
Normal Use
The warranty covers defects arising from normal, intended use. It does not cover excessive damage caused by misuse or extreme activities.
Replacements
If a product is replaced under warranty, the new item will continue under the same lifetime warranty as the original.
Refund
If the order is fully refunded, the warranty will be void and the product will no longer be covered.
Time for Claims
Claims must be submitted within a reasonable period after the defect is discovered.
